A cool but bright evening was enjoyed at New Hythe Lakes, part of the How To Learn Birdsong Evening Walks series.
Nightingales were everywhere! Their explosive, tropical song carrying far from deep within the dense scrub. We were also treated to a prowling fox and 3 aodrable Water Voles. Other birds noted were:
